Day 1 of 22 Minute Hard Corps! Cardio 1 and Core 1 done! Following the meal plan as well but I think I need to go down a bracket because I chose to go up one and holy hell its SO much food.

Still sick but feeling a little better especially with my pure, dense, superfoods Shakeology to help my body! Bilberry,flax, ginkgo, maitake, goji berry, pomegranate,quinoa, green tea, and moringa just to name a few superfoods!! This IS my multi vitamin!

Vday gifts comin in hot! Power block weights from 6-24lbs and a new bench cuz I was using a chair and it just wasn't working!! 😍

[02/11/16]   500 calorie burn in a 45 min spin class this afternoon! 🤓 feels like Friday to me and that makes me sad. This just means one more day to kill a workout until I get a rest day!

Dinner tonight: cranberry,Apple pork loin and a side of baked asparagus fries! What's your dinner!?
