Get your protein in PUMPKIN STYLE 🎃
Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
1 cup Almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree not pie filling
1 scoop vanilla Afterburn 🔥
1 teaspoon granulated Stevia
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 cup ice
In a blender combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish if desired with a dash of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.

“Hello all, I have completed 25 Camps today and to be honest this the longest i have stuck around for any physical activity 😀 and i haven't missed a single camp since September 7th. I have just started on this journey and I already see noticeable changes in my weight and body fat and I hope to get better, faster and stronger as days go by. Honestly everybody is great at Burn starting from Kerry, Deandre, Shannon, Kate , Julie and Brian(special mention to him) ..I have also really enjoyed the support and encouragement from everybody who works out with me and who are so patient with me. Obviously I need to thank my wife Rinky for Pushing me into Burn after 2 years of trying and I can now relate to the passion and sense of ownership that she's got about Burn.. Lastly a BIG thank you to all you ladies at the front who work so hard and tirelessly behind the scenes to keep us safe and healthy.
In case you have any prospective members who have doubts about the camp and their ability to handle it, You can always provide my name and number as a reference and I would be glad to walk them through my journey and how it would help them. If i can do this anybody can !

“I don’t really NEED to track my food because I already eat healthy/clean.”
Sometimes, “healthy” isn’t as simple as we think it is. Take this photo for example—specifically, check out the difference in macronutrients between these 2 plates. The plate on the right is approx. 400+ calories 😲, and the plate on the left is LESS THAN 200!!! 😳
The difference in macros? FAT AND PROTEIN CONTENT. Apples, almonds, and almond butter are certainly considered healthy and we’d much prefer you’d eat this plate over a cupcake - but at the end of the day, all macros aside, calories DO matter in your weight loss journey. Macronutrients are simply another (and in our opinion better way) to look at your calories by understanding the nutritional value of your food.
This comparison shows that tracking your food emphasizes 2 very important things:
1️⃣ PORTION SIZE: If you cut what looks like nearly 4 tablespoons of almond butter to only 2, you’d save A LOT of calories and your fat macros (if you’re someone who loves 🥑, that’s VERY important)
2️⃣ EDUCATION: If you didn’t plug either of these snacks into My Fitness Pal or another food tracker, and honestly weigh/portion them out too, you really wouldn’t know your caloric intake... which might explain why you “think” you’ve reached a weight loss “plateau.” Chances are you’re consuming more calories than you’re burning 😩
