Message from Owner: Bernard is very friendly, he escaped this morning with out his collar and tag :(
If you call him, he will come to you. Isn't afraid of dogs, so that could be a problem....he is a sweet boy and as you can see, quite a clown. This photo was taken at the beginning of COVID. So, if you find him and bring him into your home, close the bathroom door!

We have received several questions from clients regarding the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our clients, staff members and patients are our top priority.

At this time, appointments are running as usual and we are looking forward to giving your companion the best care possible. Please note that at this time there is no evidence that dogs or cats can get COVID-19.

We encourage all of our clients to follow these best practices to help keep yourself and others healthy, as recommended by the American Red Cross and CDC:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
• Disinfect surfaces around your home and work.
• Stay home when you are sick.

Please let us know if they are feeling any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath so that we may reschedule your upcoming appointment.

We are here to support the community in any way we can during this time of uncertainty . We do advise that you have 3-4 weeks of your pet’s food/litter/supplies/medication on hand in the chance of a possible quarantine. We are watching this situation closely and will continue to make any necessary changes as the situation unfolds.

Happy Friday the 13th! Remember, don't get scared if a black cat crosses your path today... he's just got some cool cat stuff to do!

✨"I've been so happy with my experience at Fancy Paws Cat Clinic. I'm not sure how they do it, but the overall atmosphere of the clinic makes my cat, Spike almost more relaxed than he is at home. Dr. Salber is also great at explaining exactly what Spike needs and is a great help in working with me to find a plan to keep him happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Fancy Paws to anyone in the Ashburn Area." ✨
