We are Nationally Certified, Licensed, and Insured Body Work and Massage Therapist who specialize in working with all athletes.
We are very good at using a variety of therapies to offer pain relief, healing for strains, sprains and tendinitis in the achilles, patellar, rotator cuff and sit bones as well as relaxation. We are capable of lengthening major muscle groups and teaching isolation stretching positions which can help increase flexibility and muscle stamina which decreases strains, sprains and muscle fatigue. I can also offer suggestions to enhance your current workout routine.
