1️⃣ Breath and brace tight ⁣
2️⃣ Screw the feet outwards into the floor ⁣
3️⃣ Hips back then drop straight down⁣
4️⃣ Drive the feet through the floor⁣
5️⃣ Push the upper back into the bar⁣

It’s really important to have a few cues that you can think about to help you perform the right lifting technique 💯 ⁣

I'm hoping we all kept up with our water intake so we weren't Thirsty! That we weren't loud to be Thunderous! That we did something to honor Throwback Thursday and we worked our Thighs!
To we are doing some FLEXING before during and after our workouts! We are concentrating on our Eccentric and Concentric contractions during our workouts! Then we are kicking up our FUN levels! To help create that much needed Balance.
Now it's time to get a little FRISKY FREAKY FRESH throughout the weekend! But only when it's appropriate! This will also help with the Balance in our lives! We can live out one of our bucket lists FANTASY! Just have a FANTASTIC and FABULOUS life!

Happy Hump/Pump~Work Your Lady Lumps/Muscles~Wacky Wicked Wild Wonderful Wednesday! Is this the day you work your Hump(Glutes) and/or your working your Lady Lumps/Muscles? We all are getting our Pumps on hopefully everyday! While getting our Pumps on we are concentrating on our Eccentric and Concentric contractions during our workouts.
After we have gotten our Pumps on and/or worked your Lady Lumps/Muscles we should be going for Balance in our lives! We get this Balance by working our Recovery Systems. That's by getting a Massage, Cryotherapy, Foam Rolling, Steam Room etc! We should also get a little Wacky Wicked Wild! But we should only be Wacky Wicked Wild when it's appropriate!
I wish that we all have the most Wonderful lives we can!

Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! I'm hoping we all are having Tasty Clean Healthy meals every meal! That we all are starting our days with 8ozs of water or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it or 8ozs of water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger! Then we should have our 1st Tasty Clean Healthy meal of 6-7 meals of the day. We also keep our water intake on point!
We all know our Nutrition is one of the most important keys to ensure that we reach our Transformation Goals! We can't Out Train POOR Nutrition! So if we seriously want to achieve our Transformation Goals we must keep our Tasty Clean Healthy meals on point!
Today is Twofer Tuesday. Let's give time and/or goods to some people in need for Twofer Tuesday! Do it at least twice!

This was a hypertrophy focused session focused on the Quads and Glutes 🦵🍑 ⁣

When training for hypertrophy (muscle growth) there must be an emphasis on HIGH VOLUME + TIME UNDER TENSION 💯🙏⁣

HIGH VOLUME⁣
➡️ Using multiple sets of higher repetitions ⁣
✅ 3-6 sets of 8-20 reps is a good place to start⁣

TIME UNDER TENSION (TUT)⁣
➡️ Using techniques to make the set (TUT) last longer ⁣
✅ 30-60 second sets is a good place to start (this can be achieved through supersets, partial reps, AMRAP sets etc)⁣

Here’s an example showing how you can apply these techniques into a full session:⁣

1. High Bar Squats 5x10⁣
2. Bulgarian Split Squats 5x10ea (1+1/4 reps)⁣
3a. Leg Press 3x10⁣
3b. Sissy Squats 3xAMRAP⁣
4a. Cable Donkey Kickbacks 3x20ea⁣
4b. Banded Kneeling Hip Abductions 3xAMRAP⁣
