This is a quick circuit to develop the upper body (specifically the shoulders + biceps) ๐Ÿ’ช
This would be a great finisher to use at the end of a workout for anyone that wants to up the intensity .. OR .. it could even be used as a stand alone workout for anyone that has minimal time but still wants squeeze in a quick workout ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

1. Lateral Raise
2. Zottman Curl
3. Scott Press
4. Supinated Bicep Curl
5. Shoulder Press
6. Bent Over Rows

These are the reps I would recommend:
- Beginner x 5 reps each exercise
- Intermediate x 8 reps each exercise
- Advanced x 10 reps each exercise

For a finisher Iโ€™d aim to complete 1-3 rounds.
For a stand alone workout Iโ€™d aim to complete 5-8 rounds.

Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Tuesday! I hope you all are doing better than I am with your Nutrition Cardio Stretching Training and Recovery Systems! I haven't been too consistent this past month. I'm getting back on track this coming month. I'll be starting my day with a Tasty Clean Healthy meal after my 8ozs of water! Then I'll have to concentrate on getting in my other Tasty Clean Healthy meals during the day!
