Theresa Hoopingarner Realtor

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and get to know why I should be your next Realtor! 2 years ago I joined the dynamic and reputable team at the #1 Century 21 Firm in the World, Century 21 New Millennium!

Why are we # 1? Well, bottom line is we sell a lot of homes, so our process works! I chose to join this team for two reasons; their outstanding reputation and their recognized efforts in delivering exceptional service to our military clients. The military holds a special place in my heart and is what has helped shape me into the person I am today. I was fortunate to live all of the world due to my military family. My father is a retired Colonel in the US Air Force. In addition, I have two brothers and several cousins currently serving. So needless to say, I love my military clients and hope to provide Real Estate services to more of them in the near future. I earned "Rookie of the Year 2015" for achieving over 2 million dollars in Sales Volume my first year. In the first 9 months as a new agent I closed on 5 homes in Arlington, Bristow, and Gainesville VA. My 10+ years in the Property Management industry where my #1 goal everyday was to provide superior customer service while managing and maintaining a multi-family housing community, qualified me in this Real Estate career! I've experienced many different cultures, lived in several different markets, and have made life-long relationships all over the globe. My family and I have lived in the Bristow/Gainesville, VA area for over 7 years. I have also lived in other cities in the Northern Virginia region including Springfield, Centreville, and Fairfax. My knowledge and life experiences in the NOVA market is another reason why you should choose me to serve your Real Estate needs! I am a dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate Real Estate professional and can't wait to assist you soon in the search for your new home! I look forward to speaking with you. Yours Truly, Theresa Hoopingarner- Realtor Century 21 New Millennium Cell 571.265.5605 [email protected]
