Thanks to Yuck Old Paint for the paint donation towards our upcoming set for Clue: On Stage! We support their efforts to keep paint out of our landfills.

We wanted to let everyone know what our shameless beating of the bushes for money has garnered to date. Drum roll please….. the donations totaled more than $4,500!!! WOW! And they're still coming in!

To say we are grateful is an understatement. We always knew we were loved like family, but the outpouring of support has truly humbled us. Terry is even speechless! These donations have given us the incentive and wherewithal to carry on. We’ve used it to help with rent, utilities and to pay our teachers. Your generous donations will help get us through this unique time in the life of our – your – theater and allow us to keep our doors open.

What all of this means is – we will survive this setback. What this doesn’t mean is that we are going to rest on our laurels. Your donations have kicked off a momentum and they will be used wisely. We’ll be back, stronger, wiser, and more creative than ever. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

We are happy to announce that "Consulting Detectives" murder mystery can now be held virtually! Sign up for a private group event for 8-20 people or for one of our public shows. Everyone is assigned a character and will help to unravel the clues in this Sherlock Holmes-themed mystery. Adult and Kid-friendly versions are available. https://stagecoachtc.com/mystery-adventures/

Be sure to join us on Facebook LIVE at 6:30 tonight for the StageCoach Theatre's Comedic Improvisational Association Memorial Day Telethon-Palooza!

Performing arts organizations, actors, and theatre instructors: please fill out this survey to show how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected you financially. We need to be able to tell the story of the impact on the local and national arts organizations. There is one survey for organizations and one for individuals. Thank you for your contribution. #inthistogether #theatre #LoudounTheatre

From museums and galleries to theaters and concert venues, it’s an unavoidable fact that some of the most moving experiences of art often involve being in crowded spaces.

COVID-19, has posed a special challenge to art institutions around the world and to our own valued art community. We encourage you to take the time to fill out two surveys that can shed some light on how the pandemic has impacted you.

Americans for the Arts survey: https://bit.ly/3enPZbc

Individual artists survey: https://bit.ly/2VtQzf3

Know that we appreciate you and the art you continue to create and share with our community. Thank you for your time.

We have been grateful for all the messages of support we’ve received from our StageCoach family. We rely on ticket sales and group bookings to pay our bills. Cancelled performances and large refunds have negatively impacted our cash flow. Our after-school classes continue online but Spring in-person camps were cancelled. Registrations for summer camps have basically stopped although we are still planning to run our summer camps as usual and will reevaluate if we are still not able to meet!

Lots of people have asked how they can help during the shutdown. Please consider a donation to StageCoach Theatre Company to keep the theater running. THANK YOU to those who have already donated! We appreciate you very much! This donation helps to keep the Arts alive in Loudoun County and will have us ready to go once these emergency measures have passed.

We appreciate anything you can do to support us. Thank you!

Intro to Audio Webinar – Capital Stage Techs

We are ALWAYS looking for sound techs! Here is a great way to get some training before shows start again. This 5-part webinar is FREE.

Audio is more than plugging a mic into a mixer and pushing up the fader. What kind of mic is it and why doesn’t it sound good? How do I send the feed to video? Oh NO, I can’t get it loud enough without feeding back!!
These are all common issues stage techs have when setting up basic audio systems, without a deeper knowledge of how sound actually works.
This Five-part webinar series will walk you through the art and science of sound reinforcement from the microphone input to the speaker output.

[03/17/20]   Dear StageCoach Theatre Family and Friends,

To support our community in preventing the spread of COVID-19,
StageCoach Theatre will be closed until further notice.

We did not make this decision lightly, but we believe it is in the best interests of our performers, staff, students, guests, and the community at large.

If you have purchased tickets for the StageCoach Bandits Improv Show or The Hamilton Murders at the Ashburn theater, we will be contacting you regarding your options:
1. You can credit your tickets to another performance later in the year.
2. You can donate your tickets to the StageCoach Foundation. A tax-deductible receipt will be issued to you.
3. You can receive a full refund.

If your child is registered for an on-going class with us, we will be in touch soon to discuss upcoming lessons via Zoom.

The auditions for “The Addams Family” and “Les Misérables: School Edition” will be moved online. Please check our page for StageCoach Theatre for Young Audiences and our website has been updated with the new submission guidelines.

If you are looking for ways to support us, we are still offering gift certificates and season tickets. Buy these now to help us keep the business going during this downtime. Thank you for your support.

We are receiving a lot of calls right now so please forgive us if it takes a while to respond. It's a bit overwhelming! Emails are the best way to reach us – use [email protected]. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can.

Thank you for your patience, your love and understanding. We are looking forward to the day when we can resume our shows and classes to share great interACTive theatre with you all again.

Stay well – and wash your hands!

A classic male chauvinist, James Reynolds is self-centered and treats women like property, much like he did his former wife, Maria Reynolds. He uses everyone around him for personal gain and is quick to sell them out to protect his own skin. He takes what he wants and blames others for his misfortunes. Could he be behind Alexander Hamilton's death?
