I came here to get my nails done. As the nail technician was doing my nails she SLICED into my finger and it started bleeding everywhere. The technician didn’t even apologize just started making a face about it. She applied this blue gel looking stuff which lit my fingers on FIRE she did this twice! I paid $55 DOLLARS for this?!! I left I’m not confrontational my husband came back and told them and showed them pictures of what happened the (manager) told my husband we will do her nails for free next time she comes back ( I was NOT gonna come back after this). But since they mentioned doing it for free I figured I’d give them the chance to make it right. fast forward 3 weeks later (week in a half to heal and the scabs to leave) I came back the nail lady did what they call a manicure (all she did was quickly get my fingers wet added this oil and clipped a few fingers cuticles and that was it) and then proceeded to do the same thing I got done last time. She looks at me and says “you have baby skin so I have to be careful and then laughs” that was very mocking. She said this twice I also got my eyebrows done and so did my husband finished went to pay. The lady had the audacity to tell me I OWE $63 UMMM WHAT??? she said oh we gave a free manicure ($5) NO we agreed on getting the service for FREE since they messed up BIG TIME. The manager then gets snarky and rude saying no she owes $63 my husband refused to pay it as that’s NOT what was agreed on. While they are discussing this she calls my husband “UNEDUCATED” They call the cops and 2 cop cars show up OVER $63 DOLLARS. my husband is standing in the rain talking to these officers in THE RAIN about what these people did to me! The officers let us go after seeing the pictures of my nails and said it’s a civil thing so the nail salon wants to SUE us over something they did???? lol That’s fine easy case for us! I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody EVER! I have never in my life dealt with this awful of customer service.

Just had their new SNS manicure yesterday instead of my usual gel manicure. It is a powder base that you dip your nails in. No ultraviolet lights needed and they don't peel off. I highly recommend trying it!
