Ever wave your hand gently and feel your arm continuing waving? You may be in need of some extra tricep work. Good news is there are several ways to isolate the triceps (back part of the arms) to build solid muscle. Besides tricep pushdowns in the cables, and dumbbell extensions, one of our favorites is the overhead suspension strap tricep extension as it is easier on the joints and you can adjust the resistance on the fly just by re-positioning your feet.
