Many Virginia citizens had their licenses reinstated yesterday due to law changes. Lines were long at DMV :). Check out the other important new laws that went into effect!! A slew of new laws for things like transportation, education, families, animal welfare, and tobacco, alcohol and other drugs will take effect July 1.

Last night we celebrated John Zwerling Esq, our mentor, comrade and friend, who was honored for his incredible 50 years of achievement as a lawyer's lawyer and people's lawyer. "JZ" took our founding partners in in 2014, and enabled then to start the firm that exists today 😊

$20.5 MILLION JURY VERDICT? The crowning jewel of the firm's 2018, and a sweet result for a very sweet client. Pulled off by our very own Wirt Brock, Esq., a cowboy of a lawyer who not only gave closing, but returned for verdict and argued damages with a RUPTURED APPENDIX. He celebrated with his own emergency appendectomy and dietary restrictions for several weeks. No big deal...

Who goes toe to toe with Kaiser Permanente, wins a $20.5 million verdict for our client, and all through closing and verdict has a ruptured appendix? Superstar WIRT BROCK, ESQ.

Dark Side | Secret Origins of Evidence in US Criminal Cases

This report documents the use of alternative explanations for how evidence was found, a practice known as “parallel construction.” This practice could prevent courts from scrutinizing the legality of questionable investigative methods, including surveillance. "I trust my life/freedom in Mrs. Harris hands."

"Since I've been home from prison I've found my self in the wildest situations. Twice I've been arrested and charged for crimes I didn't commit or know anything about, and on one occasion I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. With that being said I contacted Pheonix Harris. Since the very first consultation she's been there every step of the way providing excellent service. Beating every single case that came my way. Once your in the system it's hard to get out and stay out of trouble even if your walking the straight and narrow trouble some times finds you.
