This company does not no their own product they sell rims and accessories such as Lugnuts and spacers I don’t even check to make sure the Lugnuts actually fit with the rim shop elsewhere or you’re going to be disappointed this company does not except negative reviews on their page notes on how long this will be up look them up on Better Business bureau. They are no fitness specialist they’re just people trying to sell something to customers and make a living it’s not an honest living again looked him up on BBB before shopping here..

After a horrible experience with my wheels I have left a sub par review and contacted the wheel mfg. Seems odd no BB wheel person has contacted me, I actually answer my calls unlike your number which you just get put on hold. Regret this transaction.

Do NOT reccomend this place. I spent $2,000 with this place and they have terrible service! Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Been waiting on my rims suppose been here 6/25, not even shipped yet according to tracking. Sent emails and no response maybe I need my money sent back

Vision Spyder 361 on 33x12.5x20

3 tires the correct size, 1 tire was not the size I ordered. 1st and last time doing business with these guys. Spent half my day loading/unloading and dropping off my truck at the shop. Luckily the shop caught it before mounting/balancing/alignment. Now they want to send me a shipping return label so I can take more time out of my day tomorrow to drop off and wait another week for the correct 4th tire.

Horrible experience. Ordered a set of wheels on 5/23/2020 was suppose to be 18x9.5 and did not receive an order confirmation. Called on 5/26/2020 to ask if the order had went through and stated that I had not received a confirmation and asked if they would send me an email. I never received an email confirmation, called back on 6/1/2020 and asked if I could get a tracking number and my order confirmation they said that they were out for delivery. I received the wheels on 6/1/2020 and took them to the tire store when I realized they were the wrong size. I called back on 6/2/2020 and Talked to Sara she stated that she would send me out an RMA to send the wheels back I stated that I had never received a confirmation of my order so that I could check to see if the right wheels where coming she assured me that I had ordered the 17" wheels and that the fault was mine, at this time I asked her to check my email address she did and it was not the correct address however she stated that she would put a note in my file to have it changed and transferred me to sales so that I could get the correct wheels ordered. A young man said that all he had for my sizes was 2 different styles and that he would send them in an email. I stated that my email was not correct in there database he said he saw the note and I would receive it shortly.this was at 9:44AM @ 2:23PM I called back and talked to Sara stated that I had not received the RMA or the wheel recommendations and that they must not have corrected the email address issue. on 6/4/2020 at 6:54PM I called back to see what I needed to do to return the wheels Sara asked if I had taken pictures of the wheels I stated that they had not been removed from there original boxes and that I did not want to have to unbox them she said that I had to take pictures of each wheel and send them to her at this time she refered to me as James I corrected her and thought that to be odd. I did as she asked. 6/05/2020 still no response so I called 12:55 PM Sara again I stated that I had sent the pictures. She asked If I had sent them to her email address I sated that I did not have her email address just the general mail box, [email protected] as she has not sent me anything to my email ever! At this time she sounded exhausted and asked if I would excuse her and she asked me what I was calling about. I stated that she wanted me to take pictures of my wheels that I was trying to return and she apologized and had me confused with someone else. she asked if i could hold briefly while she talked to the vendor, I did she said the RMA was approved and in my email to give it 5 mins and call back if not this was at 1:31pm I checked and it was not and I called back @1:46 and asked for Sara the young man asked what it was about, I explained and he said she was on the phone with VRock in ref. to this issue and asked if i could hold. then said that the RMA should be complete and that I needed to follow the directions as was stated in the RMA at this point Sara stated that there would be a 20% restocking fee and that I would be responsible for the shipping back. I explained that I did not feel that this was entirely my fault as I had asked repetadly for them to send me an email confirmation and also asked for them to check to make sure that they had the correct email. that they never corrected! she looked at the help mailbox and saw the emails that I had sent in regards to this issue. return shipping $120 restocking fee $112 total of $232 out of my pocket on a set of $580 wheels that I cant use. Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time I would never recommend this company to anyone

so i order 4 wheels 3 weeks ago and only receive 3 of them, Fed ex loses the 4th wheel, SO you have me pay out of pocket for a replacement until "you find" the missing wheel, and you ship my replacement from CA via Fedex again? Now this wheel which was suppose to be delivered yesterday, is now in limbo, just as the missing wheel. Over 3 weeks, and you guys cant get me a complete set of wheels, Pathetic, and im placing a chargeback on my credit card purchase

I ordered wheels on Friday and their website claims 3-4 business days processing. Well guess what? 1 day inmto the 3-4 I need to modify the shipping address. NO F**KING WAY! God forbid you make a mistake on your order and try correct it. Have your all your ducks in a row before you order from these people. If you don't, they will charge you to make changes and have zero empathy for their cusdtomers.
