[07/12/20] I have given this a lot of thought, and this decision does not come easy, but I will no longer be building mufflers. I will finish the orders I have currently, will see what I have on hand as far as sellable items and clear them out. Thanks for all the orders and support in the last several years, I have met alot of great people, but it's time for me to move on.
[02/23/20] Just a little update, which unfortunately is over do, in September I went back to working full time, so mufflers is again my side job. So lead times have increased, I can no longer take an order and get it out same or next day like I was. I currently have a lengthy backlog so as of now I will not take any more orders till these are completed.
PUT THE HAMMER DOWN! This has had many different meanings in my lifetime, but the one that pertains here is the actual hammer. There is no need to use a hammer on mufflers for removal on cross bikes, if any of you are swapping and struggling to get them off what works best is to use the muffler itself, work it around to open the split at the connection to the headpipe up slightly, it's been squeezed by a clamp. Once you get it to open the mufflers will slide off. These mufflers are like new, still have the stickers on them, but because of the hammer one might be going into the trash.
Another "free'd" up Indian headpipe going out the door today!
[01/09/19] Two years ago we got some bad news! Victory was shutting down production. This was a shock to many, upset many as well, people are still upset. Today there are still many, many of these bikes on the road, many people still owning, riding, buying, building these great bikes!! There are companies still making great parts for these bikes, companies making replacement parts, aftermarket upgrade parts, etc. We at Miller Mufflers are still here as well helping as many as we can, I plan to continue building mufflers for Victory till there is no more demand. So remember Victory stopped factory production, but that doesn't mean the rest of us are shutting down just yet!
I'm going to start offering Indian Touring bike gutted cat headpipe exchange. I am working on getting more cores, as if now I have 1 to offer. Pricing will be $150 shipped + $100 refundable core fee. So $250 upfront, $150 after you send your stock usable headpipe back for the core. Any questions let me know.
Just thought I would share a few recent dyno graphs from some of my customers.
UPDATED PRICING 12-12-2017
Rebaffled mufflers for cross bikes and visions
$400 UPFRONT SHIPPED to you in the lower 48 states includes $100 core fee and return shipping label for your cores.
So for clarification, you send me $400 upfront, I build you a set of mufflers and ship to you, you swap them out with yours, and send me your stock(core) mufflers. I inspect them, and refund what I feel is a fair refund price, if this is not the full price I will contact you and explain why it's not.
What you get from me is a pair of rebaffled mufflers that will be painted Hi Temp black, 6 stainless hose clamps to reinstall your stock heat shields, and a return shipping label. Since they are built from stock mufflers, your stock either chrome or black heat shields and tips will go right back on, you can also use any aftermarket victory tips that you choose, only one that I know will cause fitment issues is the gatling tips, if you are running them please let me know and I can adjust my mufflers accordingly. There are several companies that make some really nice tips for these so check around to see what you like. Again any questions please ask, I do my best to get back to you asap.
FYI, I have a couple shops that are handling my mufflers for me,
-Draggin Pipe in Newberg Oregon
-Robs Dyno Service in Gardner Massachusetts
-Vicwerks in the Minneapolis MN area
-Pure Performance in West Fargo ND
If you are interested in a set of my mufflers and are near any of these locations contact them, they all have at least 1 set of mine on hand, if they don't have the set you want it can be arranged to get them more. If you have a dealer you work with i can ship to them too.
[07/18/17] FYI, most of you know I do these from our home/garage, my family and I are moving this week, i will get all the orders i can done before we move. I will be down for about a week then while we move and get settled in our new home. I will post when I am up and going again, along with a new pricing setup that I hope works better for people. I will still be able to answer messages as I can, so if you have questions, or want to place an order just let me know, thanks for your patience, and hope to be up and running soon!
Last week I had something very cool happen, i had a lady ride over 1,000 miles to come to my place to have me install mufflers on her bike. She had contacted me a couple weeks ago about ordering, then said she would ride here instead. Yes to begin with i thought maybe she was a little crazy! Haha, as the time come closer she was on her way, had her clutch go out in the Illinois area, had to find a shop to help her, order her parts, then wait. I figured after all that no way was she still coming all the way! Well Thursday morning she arrived, camper in tow. She pulled up and my first thought was, "oh s##t" she ordered my Draggin baffle which is the loudest i make. I figured they wouldn't be a good fit. I installed them, we visited, talked about her trip, little about family, checked her bike tires, camper tires, got her hooked back up and away she went. This was probably the most nervous set I've done because meeting her she doesn't appear to be the typical "loud pipes" person, she text a couple hours into her trip and said she loved them! Relief!! Thank you Janny for making the trip all the way here just for me to install mufflers on your cross country!! It was a pleasure meeting her and talking with her!! This was the only pic I got, I'm terrible at that stuff!
This is one of my customers, these are my middle level baffle
I've had two sets of Drew Miller mufflers on my bikes. First, my 2013 Victory Highball, and now, my 2016 Victory Magnum. For the price he charges, they're aw...
This is a great video from another one of my awesome customers!
A ride out to grab some early morning breakfast tacos.

I inspect them, and refund what I feel is a fair refund price, if this is not the full price I will contact you and explain why it's not.

[01/13/17] Well I thought I should post, as most of you know I do rebaffles for Victory motorcycles, mainly the touring bikes, cross country, cross roads, magnum, cross country tour and visions. Also as you all know, or most anyway, polaris is dropping the Victory line. I just wanted to say I won't be going anywhere as long as people want what I offer. I don't plan to stop doing rebaffles for these bikes until I just don't feel like doing it anymore, which will be awhile. So if you are looking for a rebaffle type muffler and are interested in what I offer, let me know, thanks!
Well, first ever set of Harley Davidson mufflers I've done! Hope he likes them!

[07/31/16] 1800vtx before and after, not to loud, but I think it sounds better. Hopefully the customer is happy!
[07/26/16] Working on finishing up a few sets of my Cross bike standard (short) baffled mufflers for Matt Smith and Those Dyno Guys in Zimmerman MN. They will be going with him to Sturgis for the Rally, so if you are interested in a set, and will be at the rally, get ahold of Matt, he will be there with a mobile dyno.
Well another week/weekend gone, 4 sets of mufflers and 2 lowering links this weekend, gutted and getting a plan for a 1800vtx muffler for a coworker, and bought a new piece of shop equipment.
Yet another one from Matt Smith at Those Dyno Guys, this one being a little different, stock cams, Lloydz filter, but ECM tuned! Meaning no tuner (pcv, vfc etc) no timing wheel either!!
Those Dyno Guys Speed & Sound
Victory tuned at the ECM!
Congratulations to Leon Ohman of Elk River on his 2015 XC performance upgrades!
We installed Miller Mufflers, Lloydz Air Filter and finished it off with a tune at the ECM. We are really excited about this new technology!
94hp 113tq. 100ft lbs of torque BEFORE 2k RPM!
Here you go!! ECM tuning at Those Dyno Guys!!!
[07/10/16] For those of you that lowered or want to lower, one thing I have always mentioned is the belt adjustment afterword and that it must be adjusted. I just checked both before and after and spec is 32mm with 10lbs pushing. Well before it was dead on that, after installing the 1" link it has now tightened up to 20mm.
Well I didn't finish yesterday, so today is out with the old in with the new.
Projects for the day, make and install a lowering link for the vic, and fork seals on the VTX, possibly muffler build too.
[07/08/16] Victory number 2 in the Miller Muffler garage today, first one kicked my ass, this one "should" be easy!
XC, Lloydz filter, timing wheel, pcv, Miller Short baffles
