Rowdy is off to summer camp soon, gonna miss him!

Rowdy getting ready to go to South Dakota for the summer with Keith Hickam to train on wild birds. When we come back Rowdy will be ready to start field trials again.

Rowdy is fired up and ready for another field trial....Keith and Rowdy are off to Hubbard, Texas this weekend to compete in the derby trial going to be held Sunday.
We wish Keith and Rowdy good luck....Run Big... Run Hard... Find lots of quail

Rowdy had a nice trial run.....he had a covey find and held them.....ran real big and covered ground.....it was raining and cool, 49°, during the trials yesterday but everyone had nice runs and a great time

Rowdy is going to Ardmore, Oklahoma to compete in a field trial being held this weekend. Good luck to Rowdy and his trainer/handler Keith Hickam.

[03/07/16]   Great news folks! Cathy and I, along with Denise Caskey, are now the proud co-owners of, TA 6 Rowdy Tejas Denim, ROWDY for short, a Brittany Spaniel gun dog that is being trained by Keith Hickam, owner of Bootleather Gun Dogs!

Keith is an amazing trainer and we ran Rowdy in his first ever Derby Trial in Hubbard, Texas. Powderhorns and More and Cathy's business, Curlystitch Embroidery will be sponsors of Rowdy.

Follow Rowdy as we update his progress on here. Rowdy is an amazing dog and is surely headed to some great victories!
