[11/04/14]   From now until December 12th, all proceeds will go to In Dog We Trust rescue San Antonio to raise money for much needed heart worm treatment for a very special dog, Max, a Mastiff Boxer mix who has so much love to give and needs to get well so he can have a home of his own where he can be loved and cherished.

When Faith, a German shepherd that went through so much and cared for by Give a dog a home German shepherd rescue, passed away last year, I drew this portrait of her so that she would always be remembered.. as she was.. happy and running in her wheels..

[11/17/13]   A portrait of a man's wife and her dog is winging its way to him as I type, its a Christmas gift for her, how thoughtful!! I just wish I could see her face when she opens her gift on the day!!!

[04/09/13]   Saturday May the 4th I will be taking my work to a pet Expo to show off my work. Which ones in YOUR opinion should I take as a good example of what I do?

[04/07/13]   Taking that perfect photo for a portrait isnt always easy if your dog is always on the go, but heres a tip.. Give your dog a treat or toy, so it sits with it, make a high squeal noise either by mouth or a squeaky toy, the dog will look up alert, CLICK! You may have to have several attempts but often there's a good one among the shots. :)

This little guy was done mainly with ink and some charcoal added, the flash has slightly distorted it, so the glare in the left eye isnt there in the real picture.

Annie in her new frame and looking fabulous, is on her way to Debra!.. This is an example of how great the portraits can look in good frames! :)

[04/01/13]   Forgot to take a photo of the Pittie before wrapping and posting to client, hopefully they will take another and send in. Today, work has started on a beautiful dog named Annie, this one is a real challenge for me because she is sat in HAY! :)) But I love challenges.. :)

[02/22/13]   Black haired dogs are the hardest to draw.. light and fur tones in black are the most difficult.. however.. tomorrow I will be uploading a finished portrait of a black haired dog...
