Vegas Stiletto Fitness (VSF) was customized for ladies of all shapes, ages and dance abilities. What we do is break down a sexy sassy dance routine in 4 - 8 counts usually with a prop like a chair. The goal is to make the dance your own and I promise by the time you leave one of our events you will all look like professional Vegas showgirls. The Stiletto in Vegas Stiletto Fitness stands for balance. As women we learn to juggle many roles and sometimes get lost fulfilling others needs before our own. Find yourself again with VSF. The feeling of having the "spotlight on you" can be such an empowering feeling. Having an audience can bring out one's inner showgirl. VSF was created to give everyday women that empowering feeling that helps raise confidence and makes them glow too. If you glow while you dance, you glow off stage in everyday life.
