[03/30/20] On Wednesday of this week April 1 we will begin our 23rd year in business. Each and every year is unique and this year by far different from any other so far given the circumstances in the world. Our season is filling up fast and we hope everyone is staying safe and look forward to serving our great customers soon!!
[12/24/19] Woehl Construction LLC would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We were blessed to have our great customers in 2019 and look forward to seeing all of you and meeting new faces in 2020. Hoping Mother Nature keeps her hands out of things in the new year. Enjoy your time with loved ones this holiday season!!!!
[11/28/19] Happy Thanksgiving from our crew to all of our wonderful customers and families!! Enjoy your family time!!!
[09/04/19] As the seasons change and days get shorter our workload stays the same. We are very busy and the weather has been extremely difficult this year in trying to keep a schedule straight. I understand the seasons are changing but we are doing everything possible to get to all of the projects we on our schedule. Thank you for your patience.
[06/04/19] I would like to reach out to all of our great customers and ask for your patience as the weather this spring has been very tough to keep a schedule in order. We will get to everyone on our list but it will take time to play catch up thanks to all of the snow/rain we received that has left us way behind schedule. We are looking at maybe expanding our crew size in order to get caught up if we have to so please be patient.
A couple of photos of recent project at our own home.
PSA!! The extreme temperatures will cause a build up of frost in your attic area. Under normal
Circumstances and a gradual warm up the frost will slowly take care of itself through normal venting. The warm up after this extreme cold will be rapid enough that homes may experience water spots because the frost will melt and not evaporate fast enough through normal venting procedures. This is normally caused by poorly vented attic areas. It can also be caused by exhaust fans being vented into your attic space or soffit area and not direct vented out of your attic areas. Venting can be improved in any attic area and is normally inexpensive compared to letting it go and eventually needing drywall replacement or even worse mold conditions.
[12/21/18] I would like to take a moment to tell everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. As is the case every year we will be closed from December 22-January 2nd to enjoy time with family. We appreciate the business we have received from all of our great customers this year and in years past and look forward to working with you all in the years to come!!!

Very nice article from Aberdeen the Magazine!! Tells a little bit about our history over the last 20 years.
[06/22/18] I would like to take a moment and thank everyone for their patience in waiting for our services. We have a hard working crew and are making good progress but we are still feeling the effects of the crazy late spring we encountered.
Before and after on exterior remodel!! New windows, siding, soffit and fascia!!
What we strive to do with all of our customers.
[03/31/18] As the sun sets on the last working day in March it leads us to the beginning of April. April 1,1998 was the day my journey as a businessman. Reflecting back to the last 19 years brings a lot of memories. I started as a 1 man band doing jobs I could handle by myself and sometime around the year 2000 started doing bigger jobs that required employees. I have met some great people. In 2004 Bob and Kathy Fischbach took a chance on a young man growing a business and allowed us to build their Lake home. Every year has been an adventure and in 2007-08 I had as many as 9 employees at one time. Very stressful!!! Since that time I have learned that 3-4 employees is plenty and to do the amount of work we can handle from year to year. I have been very fortunate to have a great friend and employee in James Bowman that has been with the company since 2001. To the many men and women we have employed over the years I say thank you. We have seen many ups and many downs in the construction industry. A lot of companies have come and gone over the course of 20 years. I have also met some great people along the way from subcontractors to fellow builders. Most importantly I have done work for some very great people and have built close to 25 homes in the Aberdeen area among other projects including roofing, siding, remodeling, building shops etc. I couldn’t have done it without the wonderful people we have done work for and can call friends at the end of our projects. In closing this long rambling I guess the main point I want to get across is thank you to all who I have been able to do business with and thank you for allowing me to do your projects and look forward to working with many of you in the years to come.
[02/27/18] As is normally the case we will not be in attendance at the Aberdeen Home Builders Show this weekend. Our schedule is already in the works and filling up nicely.
[02/19/18] We are currently working on our construction schedule for the year. It looks like lumber prices may rise throughout the year due to various reasons this year. Wild fires, beetle infestations, hurricanes and the new trucking laws are leading to higher prices. Do not hesitate to get your projects lined up to avoid the higher costs.
[12/18/17] I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! I would also like thank everyone for their past business and look forward to working with many of you in the future. 2018 is shaping up to be a very busy year so do not wait to get your project started!! 2018 will be our 20th year in business starting in April. I am trying to figure out a contest of sorts to help celebrate but just haven’t figured it out as of yet. Details to follow. Have a safe and happy holiday season!!!
[11/23/17] Happy Thanksgiving to all families and friends. Enjoy the time spent with your family today.
Steel roofing job. The benefits of steel roofing far outweigh regular shingles. Cost is minimal over good grade asphalt shingles, most insurance companies offer a 10-15% discount for steel roofing products on home owners policies and it will be the last roof you will ever put on your home.
Out with the old cedar shakes and in with new Malarkey Architectural shingles.

[04/10/17] This April brings us to our 19th year in business and registered with the state!! Where has time gone? A lot of things have changed in the construction industry since 1998 but we have been able to keep pace with great employees and adapting to the changing industry. I have also been blessed with a wonderful and understanding wife with the long hours we put in during the summer months. Last but not least, none of this would have been possible without our awesome customers I have met and had the opportunity to work with to build dreams. I now have many customers that I can call friends now as well!! Thanks to everyone for all of the support and we look forward to what the future will bring!!!
As is typically the case we will not be in attendance at the Aberdeen Home Builder Show this weekend. Our schedule is already filling fast with our loyal customers and several new customers already and I just do not feel the need to be at the show.

[12/15/16] Our phone number at 605-226-2464 has been dropped. I only received a very limited number of phone calls per year on that number but did receive daily telemarketer calls so we made the decision to eliminate it. The only number I have now is 605-380-4473 which the majority already use anyhow. Sorry for any inconvenience.
[12/10/16] Our schedule is taking shape for the 2017 building season. Early birds get the worms. It is never to early to start planning your next new home, addition or remodel project!!
Just a couple of days in and main floor walls should be done tomorrow!!
