I am excited to mentioned that my big snow shoveling experience went well this year. My heart did not feel like it wanted to beat out of my chest and my body and mind work together as well. Like when bending over to scoop up some snow my back would let me know what I was doing wrong and bend over the right way. and Also the shoveling did not take as long as expected. Now this is why I joined Snap fitness is to me out in areas like this. I know in time I will improve more but I am will to do that.
Feeling great today, I didn't relies how much stronger that I would get in four months of working out with a trainer from snapfitness. Yesterday I had to load my lawn mower to take it for minor repair. By loading it, I pushed it up on my back steps ( 1 AND 1/2 STEP), backing up pickup and putting the tail gate down. Pulling the lawn mower in to the back. and when getting home doing this all over again all except slowly allowing the lawn mower down on to the back step. Also I mowed the lawn and it didn't take long to mow. I even felt fantastic afterwards. not tired like I use too.
I would like to say thank you Snap fitness for making me more physically stronger then what I was before. Yesterday I was able to push a push lawn mower up on to my back steps so I can take it for a minor repair work and also do the same thing in reverse when getting it back home. I know if I did not join snapfitness I would have not been able to do this. Thank You

Dear Snap Fitness Family,

For more than 13 years Snap Fitness Aberdeen has been focused on the tenets of healthy living and leading active lifestyles. We have touched countless lives across multiple generations. In these uncertain times, our community faces a new challenge and we ask that you continue to support us so we can continue to serve you in the future. While all of us must navigate these trying times together, it goes without saying that COVID-19 has created enormous uncertainty. Sometimes the only control we have is how we respond during these uncertain times. In light of the increased threat COVID-19 has placed on our community, we had to temporarily close our facility to help slow the spread of this virus in our community. As part of this strategy, we have all had to shift our priorities to do what we can to keep our communities safe and this will have a direct impact on our ability to serve our community.
What about my Monthly Dues?
With all of the that said, we want to do right by our Snap Fitness family, so we'll be waiving Aprils membership dues during this time. As you can imagine, this was a difficult decision since it continues to mean members cannot access the club and we continue to incur our normal expenses. No action is needed on your part, this is being put in place automatically. As small business owners- this is a terrifying time. Being closed means there is no revenue coming in to help support our business. With that being said, we don't feel that it is right to bill our members for a service they are unable to use. However, we wanted to allow members the option to continue billing if they were able and willing to help support us during this time.
We do recognize that each member has their own circumstances, while some of us have the resources to navigate these uncertain times, many do not. As part of our commitment to you we will continue to work closely with community leaders to determine how we can help during these trying times and get back to our lives as we once did.
We know these are trying times, but your support today will ensure we are here for you tomorrow. Not just within these four walls, but for our community. Let’s put this pandemic behind us and move forward together. We are so grateful for your continued support and commitment to us. We would not be here if it wasn’t for you, our members. Stay active, stay healthy, stay safe and be well 😊

It’s with our heaviest heart that we notify you that our gym has temporarily been closed due to government mandates. We have taken every precaution to allow our members to continue their health and wellness journey within our clubs, but we understand that we all have to do our part to flatten the curve and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

When will the club reopen?
We will be monitoring our state’s requirements for businesses closely and reopen as soon as we are permitted. Keep an eye on our club’s page, as we will be posting the latest status of the club on that platform.

[03/15/20]   Daily, our team will be sanitizing the hard surfaces of the club – Each member is responsible for this task as well. Let’s stay healthy and keep our club a safe place for everyone by washing our hands and sanitizing our equipment, now more than ever!
