The Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP), effective from March 15, 2020, has decided to grant all healthcare practitioners, whose license of practice expires, an extension for 6 months in their license validity. They can continue practicing as usual with no need to apply for renewal through the online system. However, once the current emergency situation is subsided, healthcare practitioners should apply for renewal through the online registration system fulfilling all the requirements, as per the DHP process.
