1. Squat with Shoulder Combo.
2. Banded Squat Walk.
3. Rope Slam with Jumping Lunges.

Squats don't just help you achieve wonderful toned legs, they promote body-wide muscle building by creating an anabolic (muscle building) environment in the body. Doing squats will help you work on your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, abdominal muscles, lower back and your butt too. To upgrade your workout to the next level, you can add Rope Slams. This exercise uses all the muscle groups in your upper body: shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats and pecs as you whip the ropes down.
