New Zealand based woven sculpture artist creating contemporary, original art work from recycled copper, willow, rattan and locally sourced natural fibres.
I use basket making techniques to produce lamps, interior and garden sculptures, hinaki, quivers, sails and other small sculptures.

There is a 2 day weaving workshop in Collingwood at the end of April. I will be teaching basic stake and strand basket making techniques with a view to making the winnowing fan - centre image top line. For further info go to the website. It will be a great weekend to be involved in.
South Island winter weaving finished at long last. A great way to spend winter and spring trsvelling in the beautiful south. Now it's time to get home and do some serious work.
