Flat screen TV with Freeview. BBQ on small deck. Steep ship’s ladder to mezzanine bedroom may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Compact bathroom is downstairs. Check-in 2pm, earlier by request Check-out 12 noon, but later by request. Cleaning and linen included, with a discount offered of $15 off total booking if guests provide own sheets, pillowcases and towels. If taking up this option, state so in the booking request.
