The repo rate decreased twice this year however your loan installments remain unchanged. I need to know why OMFin loan installment are not decreasing like the others?
Why are you closed if you are part of the essential service providers?? Respect customer service please old mutual!!!!
Which lockdown legislation empowers you guys to remain closed if you are also in the category of the Essential Service Providers? Where does one even start with making a claim incase they lose a loved one who was insured with you?? In fact you have left unfinished claims on your tables when you closed on the 31st March 2020, you promised to return to work after the 20th April but surprisingly you chose to postpone in line with the government as if you guys are also government or non-essential service providers. All you are good at is donating the millions you make with our money but have no respect for and don't value customer service to your clients! I advise you to open your offices and get back to work as soon as possible, or else you will risk losing customers in the long run.!!
Need a direct number or email address of someone working in the pension/claims department that can assit me @ Old Mutual I know we are on Lockdown but seriously Old Mutual.. ( Is there no one working ?) No response on emails no response on calls.. HELP PLEASE???
Letsego Namibia has provided 3 months payment holiday among other benefits to their esteemed clients. OMNamibia please let us also feel appreciated and supported during our hardest times of COVID-19.
Since your office in Gobabis is closed, the contact number for enquiries in Windhoek is not answered. I send an email to the given address on the 30th March 2020 not response. What is the next step?
I have cancelled my life cover almost a whole month ago, just to see that old mutual deducted money again. You dont care about anyone, except your own wealth. I wonder how long it will take until old mutual will respond now, when I post this on face book.
Can someone please tell me on which number can i reach an consultant.i have send an email via the email address provided but no reply. Telephone also not being answered. This has now being going on for a whole week.Really this is pathetic customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

On 14 May 2020, Old Mutual supplied food consignment to the value of
N$20 000 to 170 vulnerable members of the Walvis Bay Child & Family Centre in the Erongo region.

The Centre, also known as Sunshine, operates as a day-care and stimulation facility for about 126 individuals living with disabilities. Unfortunately the Centre had to halt its daily operations in observance of the lockdown restrictions in the country, resulting in many of its beneficiaries not getting the three meals and care classes on a daily basis anymore.

Manager of the Walvis Bay Child and Family Centre, Gail Taukuheke, expressed concern over the well being of facility members during lockdown, as well as the uncertainty over food security for the children and staff, while at home as they solely depended on the Centre.

This donation to the Walvis Bay Child and Family Centre forms part of Old Mutual’s N$5 million commitment towards the nation-wide efforts to help curb the COVID-19 pandemic in our country as we have set strategic measures in place to assist communities who need our support most.

The handovers were preceded by the Old Mutual Walvis Bay Branch Manager, Mrs. Johanna Shatika and the Honourable Governor of the Erongo Region
Hon. Neville Andre.
