Meyer van den Berg and Stef An attended the 6th annual Mineral Law in Africa Colloquium. This year, the Colloquium was held in Dar es Salaam. Stefan gave a presentation on Stabilisation Clauses, while Meyer spoke about health and safety in the mining industry. Meyer also chaired the session on investment in the mining industry.
