Li Yen is ready for the Dragon Boat Festival.
In celebration of this festival, Master Chef Leung has crafted three signature Glutinous Rice Dumplings - the savoury Duck and Chestnut Glutinous Rice Dumpling is an exquisite creation that includes duck meat, salted egg yolk, chestnut and dried scallops.
Sweet offerings are in the form of Lotus Paste and Red Bean Paste Glutinous Rice Dumpling. They are available until May 30.

The Ritz-Carlton hotels of Asia Pacific are set to hit a new milestone this week for Smile Asia – a global alliance of independent charities, now that it has launched its fourth regional fundraiser programme which will bring total funds raised to US$1.5 million. Smile Asia Week, which runs until May 14, sees specially-crafted cakes sold to raise funds for the international medical charity which provides children with cleft lips or palates a reason to smile again.
