I ordered several items from aliexpress and wish. From tracking info the parcels already reached mauritius since october and november respectively. But why are deliveries taking so much time???

Anyone else getting messages from online sellers( ebay, amazon etc) telling them they won't ship to Mauritius anymore, because of the amount of items that get " lost" once they reach our shores?

I Ordered a fishing rod before lockdown , But i still have not get it , As per the tracking info , its showing the product has already been delivered , Please Help . Any advise on how or what should i do to receive the package will be the most welcomed .

Mauritius Post 7the Feb - Rose Hill Post Office calls me regarding a parcel that has been damaged. Upon collection, the enveloppe is empty. 14th Feb - I make an official complaint. I receive a reply that an enquiry is underway. 21st Feb - Another reply, saying that they received the enveloppe as is and enquiry underway. 24th April - They inform me that the enquiry is still underway. In the meantime, I must have sent a dozen of other emails. 13th Jun - over 4 months now, they are yet to resolve the problem. As far as I am concerned, custody of the package was either with the Mauritian Post or the Chinese Post but certainly not me. Order value US$ 50.00 Written to Mauritius Post last week, no response.

Hi, I recently sent a package to my partners family in Mauritius. Can you please explain to me why they are being advised that they have to pay additional charges at the post office when ALL the applicable fees, charges and insurance were paid in Australia?

VERY POOR SERVICE I HAVE POST 1 PARCEL TO CLIENT FROM GRAND BAY TO PL..SINCE 24 APRIL TILL NOW CLIENT NOT GET..WHEN I GO PL POST OFFICE THEY SAID THEY WILL CHECK AND CALL I CALL MANY TIME NO ANSWER...SUCH A BAD SERVICE AND STOLE MY PARCEL...
