Closed for Christmas 2020: The sad sight of the inside of a closed Moby Dicks pub in Youghal due to the Covid 19 virus. [10/07/20]   Dear customers, following the governments decision to move the country into level 3 restrictions we are now closed.

We want to thank all of our staff for there hard work over the past two weeks adjusting so well to the ‘new normal ‘ always keeping a smile on their faces (even behind the masks 😄)

Thank you to our customers who continue to show us unwavering support it has been a pleasure serving you all again.

We are excited to be reopening our doors on Monday morning at 10.30am.

Perspex screens,social distancing measures and sanitization stations have been added to ensure the pub is safe for all our customers and staff.
The quay side door is now the entrance only to the bar and the market square area is the exit. These doors have been clearly marked for the safety of our customers.

We have been busy here at Moby Dick's to ensure the pub is safe for all our customers and is complying with HSE and government guidelines.Perspex screens have been added throughout the bar and there are plenty of hand sanitizer stations along with social distancing floor markings.
We are hoping to have a reopening date at the end of this month (fingers crossed 🤞🏻 🤩)

We have been in business since 1880.Today marks 5-month anniversary since Ireland's pubs shut. To show solidarity with colleagues and remind Government supports are needed to help our sector, publicans will post #supportnotsympathy photos all day.
