Liam Reilly, Bagatelle RIP. So sad. Such a fabulous songwriter & singer. Liam played a memorable gig here with us a few summers ago. Those were the days of the Song Collector Sessions when everyone could squash into a venue and shout and roar 😓. RIP Liam. Thanks Roy Buckley for bringing that great night to us. Aidan & Trish

Deeply saddened by the news that my great friend Liam Reilly passed away last night. He was a true pro and a very rare talent. He had it all... the voice, the musicianship and the ability to write hit songs that became part of the very soul of Ireland. He was very generous in sharing his musical knowledge and his wisdom of years on the road as a veteran artist. I feel honoured to have such wonderful memories of times on the road with one of the all time greats, memories I will treasure forever. Liam blazed a trail all over the world and will go down in history as one of Ireland’s greatest ever performers and songwriters. His songs and his legacy will live on forever. He will be missed terribly. It’s a very sad day for Irish music, we have lost another legend. My thoughts are with Liam’s family and all of Bagatelle. Rest In Peace Liam, thank you for all you did.

[01/01/21]   Woohoo a New Year! Happy New Year one and all from all of us at RTH 🥂

[12/25/20]   Happy Christmas Day to you all. A day like no other this year! As soon as we get a green light 🚦we'll be back in action in 2021 😊. Stay safe! Aidan & Trish x

Ardmore Christmas Swim

Hello everyone 😇

As we all know, 2020 has been a very different year for everyone.

Unfortunately, we don’t see a way of holding our Annual Christmas Day Swim in our usual way due to the current Government guidelines.

However, we won’t be defeated. Raising funds for Youghal RNLI is as important, if not more important to us this year. They have not been able to hold any of their usual fundraisers due to COVID-19 but they are still on call 24/7, 365 days a year.

For this reason, we will be holding a Virtual Christmas Swim. This means people from America to New Zealand will be able to join in on our Christmas fun while also helping us to raise much needed funds for our local lifeboat station.

We will be coming to you with more details in the coming days so keep your eyes peeled 👀

We are a Waterford-based, professional, arts organisation and have produced productions of the highest standards since 2006 with no previous aid/support sought from the council or government but now we find ourselves in a position where we need your help in order for the stage school to survive.
And so – despite our years of independent service to Waterford, we are now facing a very real, immediate and acute threat to our very existence.
We are at the point of no return really. It is a catastrophic time and we need to find a some glimmer of light. We are in a serious mothballing situation which threatens our very existence and we have arrived at crunch point.
We are on our knees. Rome is now burnt and we are living in the cinders. We will be presenting a concert with sensational soaring melodies, moving lyrics and the most famous of all show tunes. This is the 2020 event that will unite friends, families and loved ones with the magic of virtual entertainment.
