Devoted and loyal customers
Well it’s been a week since we posted our farewells and the feedback we have received the past week as been unreal the amount of lovely well wishes and nice comments the hundreds of shares and especially the support from the lady who started up the petition we are all so overwhelmed by it all
We thought we was just a little family run bar who brought some festive cheer over the Christmas period
But what we didn’t realise is that we brought the heart to some of your Christmas
That makes us proud to think we did our jobs right
We also thought the sleigh bar belonged to us but reading all the comments we have learned it’s all you lovely people of Sheffield that it belongs to aswell
We may of worked at it but you all supported us and put it on the map so thank you again
And for all these with concerns about the polar bear
He is safe in hibernation 😂😂
Last of all thank you to each and every one of you for your support it really is appreciate 😊

To make
Myself and the rest of the sleigh bar family are very sorry to have to announce we will no longer be attending Sheffield Christmas market due to the organisers of the event Percival events and markets

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our customers old and new for your loyal support over the past 6 years you have watched our family run bar grow from to strength to strength your custom as been greatly appreciated

A thank you to the customers who come in from word of mouth from there friends

To these who come from near or far on a good reputation we had built up over the years

A thank you to these who used us for a meeting point on your fun nights out

To all you Christmas shoppers who would pop in for a warm mulled wine and a hot chocolate with your family’s.

To the Christmas works party’s some times you would start your night in here or even finish your night either way we loved to see you all enjoy your self getting into the festive spirit

But mostly to the ones who became our friends you would call in to say hello whilst setting the bar up and we could see how happy you was to see us back in the city again you would support us our full 6 weeks of trading aswell as catching up on how the past year had gone
Even to call in and see the famous sleigh bar baby you’ve seen us roll up year after year and in-between that time new baby’s have come along new staff have and more friendships was made
To all of you ‘you know who you are

We have enjoyed serving you all and loved getting to know you
Seeing the customers enjoying there selfs weather it’s been dancing to the Christmas songs or just chatting to friends and family
We worked hard at providing a service to entertain the lovely people of Sheffield and surrounding areas and I hope we exceeded that experience

Sheffield you have been great 👍🏻
And for now we would like to say good bye
