Morning lovely mamas :) One of our clients is organizing a spring clothing swap at The WOMB - World of my Baby on March 22nd, at 7pm. The idea behind a clothing swap is to clear out some of the things you don't wear anymore and 'swap' them out for something another mama brings that you think you will wear. If everyone brought one to a few items and put them into a pile in the middle of the room, we would have plenty to go through and lots of 'new to me' clothes :) Whatever doesn't get taken home I will bring to a clothing donation box. Bring a snack, some clothes, and your lovely selves out for a good time!

Please note that this is for adult Womens' clothing this time, not baby clothing this time.

Super Simple Bone Broth Recipe

I always make a stock/broth after roasting an organic chicken as a base for soups. This broth was incredibly flavourful and my baby LOVED it too!

The reason people are sipping this stuff as a health food without necessarily using it as a base for soup is because the richness of the minerals and amino acids in a form that is highly digestible. It is nutrient-dense, healing for the digestive system, fantastic for skin/nails/hair growth and essential for those with autoimmune disorders.
