I know it has become a cliche but being fit and active really is a lifestyle, its about being healthy and feeling your best every day. The decision to change usually happens when we have "had enough", and not a minute sooner. Most people tell me they had thoughts of doing something for quite awhile, yet for one reason or another couldn't pull the trigger.
