I have lived in Hamilton for over 20 years and have worked as a REALTOR since 2004. During this time I have helped clients buy and sell homes in all parts of Hamilton and its surrounding communities including Grimsby, Stoney Creek and Beamsville. I am passionate about the city and know many areas of it very well. I can quickly tell you the benefits and potential drawbacks of owning a property in a particular neighbourhood. In addition to my knowledge of the real estate market, I can help you evaluate the various systems of any house we view (overall structure, electrical, heating, plumbing, roof materials, etc.) to determine if a property is worth getting evaluated in more depth by a qualified home inspector. When I'm not busy working with clients, I love to ride my bike, play hockey and do woodworking projects. I also like to contribute to the well being of our community, and I am a regular blood donor (nearing my 100th donation), volunteer for the Mustard Seed Community Grocery Store, and am a former multi-year coach for West Hamilton Youth Soccer.
