Good practices like washing your hands, cleaning more and social distancing help reduce your exposure to germs, but boosting your Immune System is the best defense when you do come in contact with germs. Here are 9 tips to help boost your immune system:
😴 Get plenty of rest, the recommended 7-9 hours is ideal.
🍰 Cut out the sweets, as they can weaken your immune system.
🥗 Eat your veggies and nutritious meals for a boost of vitamins.
💧 Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
🙏🏻 Set aside a few minutes of time for yourself, wether it’s time in prayer, meditation, or quiet time.
🏋🏼♀️ Be sure and move your body. Exercising releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy.
🍺 Lay off the alcohol, as it can actually weaken the immune system.
☀️ Get outside for some sunshine, fresh air, and vitamin D.
