The Waroona Recreation & Aquatic Centre has a wide number of group fitness options, including Les Mills, Gym facilities, squash court, basketball & netball & a heated 25m indoor pool.

The Waroona Recreation and Aquatic Centre has a wide range of facilities to offer the general public, clubs, organisations and school within the Shire of Waroona. The Centre has one of the most innovative indoor heated pools in the State, which is providing to be a tremendous asset to the district. The pool caters for lap swimmers, recreational swimmers, private lessons, swimming clubs, aquarobics, school and other clubs and vacation and in-term swimming lessons. The Aquatic area consists of a six lane salt water pool with a water slide and a toddlers pool with fountains. There is also a double gas barbecue which is free for patrons of the centre. Also catered for are squash, badminton, indoor hockey, cricket, netball, volleyball, gymnastics, tennis, karate ect as well as social functions, meetings and seminars. Programs run by the centre include kindyfit, netball, badminton, ladies social morning sport, LES MILLS fitness classes and aquatic education lessons. A creche is available for some of these programs. The Centre has a gym available for public use. The gym provides weight and cardio vascular training via membership or casual use. The Centre has memberships available. Memberships are available for singles, families, or groups. See below for a link to the membership form. Users of the Centre also have access to a new outside play area.

Pool is back up and running.

The swimming pool is closed until further notice due to unexpected maintenance. We hope to have the pool up and running ASAP.

We are back to a full time table as of next Monday the 8th of June. That's right spin is back.

Creche available so now is the perfect time to get back into fitness or start your journey.

We have extra hygiene requirements in place to ensure your safety whilst using our facilities.

Please note the slight change to Monday's classes

With phase 3 beginning next week the Waroona Recreation Centre can start Seniors Netball soon. We need at least 4 teams in each to get a competition going.
Nominations close 12/06/2020. Comps will start once enough teams have nominated.
Nomination forms can be emailed to you open request or they are available for collection at the WRAC main office.
A great way to get back playing sport again.

Senior and Mixed Netball

The Waroona Recreation Centre is still hoping to have some form of Winter Netball Season this year. Depending if/when the COVID-19 restrictions allow for a season to start we wan't to be ready to go regardless. With that said see the poster below and get those nomination forms in.

Hey everyone please note the important facts for our reopening Monday.

If all goes well and the State Government release the COVID Safety Plan this week, we will be reopening as of this Monday the 18th of May.

Modified group fitness timetable will be posted ASAP.
Existing members please speak to the Centre staff in regards to options for your memberships.
