Digger playing dead🤣🤣🤣 sunbathing after having a swim, pretty camouflaged eh! 💖🐾🐾
Poor birds never get a chance to have nice fresh clean water around here 🤔 Alley and Peppa have different ideas. Pretty sure Alley would have tried to get in if I wasn't there🐾🐾😁🤣😘
The 3 reprobates 🤣🤣🤣🐾🐾🐾 Peppa, Alley and Digger, top photo seeking the shade at 7.30am and not going to be hot today ☀️23 degrees forecast, I suppose this is we feel hot and need a swim🤪 then bottom photo not sure why I bother making my bed🤔🐾🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️
Peppa back on the fitness regime, need a bit fitter than she is. So as it's wet the treadmill is great to get them moving🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🐾🐾🐾😃❤
Grass seeds are horrible things. 2 years ago Digger had one up his nose and was over 5cm long requiring an operation to remove it. Please check your dog regularly.
GRASS SEEDS. Over the past several weeks, we’ve treated many pets for grass seeds. We’ve pulled them from stomachs, throats, ears, noses and cut them out where they have buried under the skin. These sharp seeds easily penetrate tissue and their wispy ends make it impossible for them to travel backwards. They just keep burrowing deeper forwards. Grass seeds are always an issue in Perth between September and February. Please keep your pets away from these grasses, and mow your back yards if you have these there. If your pet has long fur, ideally cut it short and check paws after every walk.
Well dogs are now at our new home. All are in great condition after being in kennels. All have settled in well plus sunset through the trees🐾🐾🐾😀❤
Finally the fences are going up, with any luck they will be completed on Monday afternoon so then my dogs can come home. Yay 😀 We are settling in bit by bit, no real hurry to unpack everything as long as I have my dog stuff out. Definitely going to be a trying period getting used to new surrounds and smells 🦘🐇🦘🐇🤔 for them all. Our new home Waroona😍
Peppa sitting in what was her enclosure, wondering what has happened to it. The move is getting so close now. Uplift on Monday and the dogs are off for another vacation at Nambellup Park Boarding Kennels today. It has been their 2nd home recently. 🤞 we can get the fences sorted at the new house then they can join us in Waroona🐾🐾🐾📦 🧳❤️
Take Peppa training and she doesn't want to perform 😒 take her down the enclosure and she does what we tried to do in the morning 🤔 the difference is no lead in afternoon 😃🧡 gotta love them❤
[09/01/20] I am on the move, we are heading to Waroona in 3 weeks time. So lots and lots to pack etc in such a short time. 🧳 📦🚚😍
Hi everyone, well it’s been 4 1/2 weeks since shoulder replacement surgery, things are progressing bit by bit. My dogs have been home for 1 1/2 weeks now and naturally I have done no lead work with any of them at the moment. They swim or I take them to the enclosure and let them run. Off to specialist Tuesday and have so many fingers and toes crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞 that I won’t have to wear the sling at nights (really restrictive and uncomfortable 😡) then I might get a better night’s sleep 🥱😴 and foremost is he might let me drive 😁 I can only hope. This may bring a little normality back to my life😃
I have always said I would never use a dog park unless it was only me there. Some people learn the hard way and sadly then the damage is done🐾🐾🐾
The many reasons why we are against dog parks...
Well dogs are home enjoying the creature comforts of home. 🐾🐾🐾😃❤️ All 3 have come home in excellent condition after 3 weeks in kennels. I highly recommend Nambellup Park Boarding Kennels. (Can be contacted via Facebook) I know Alley, Digger and Peppa have put on weight while being there. So good to have them home, just hope they are kind to me with my rehab.😃💖💖💖
How’s that for a scar. Specialist back-up appointment today, to be told I’m in the normal stream post surgery. Progressing each day. Have to wait another 3 weeks to have X-rays etc before I can drive🥺 if he says I can 🤞 Missing my dogs lots as they are still in kennels, maybe another week then I will bring them home. I just need to have a bit more strength to handle them. Onwards and upwards 😃
Well this post not dog related. I had a shoulder replacement last Monday. My dogs are in kennels atm, hoping to get a couple of weeks rehab in before they come home. Their exercise will be limited when they do get home. Onwards and upwards from now.😃💪👍
Let's play musical crates 🤣🤣🤣 photo 1 Digger & Peppa, photo 2 Alley & Peppa and photo 3 Alley and Digger🐾🐾🐾😀♥️
Took Peppa for a walk at Rockingham Regional Reserve Paganoni Rd today. First time in bush for her, was going to be about 20 minutes ended up 1 1/4 hours but was pleasant. It’s an on lead area to preserve the fauna, just wish I took my long lead with me. 🐾🐾❤️
Walk or should I say bounce around local lake last night with Digger. He was so excited having a reasonable walk finally, 14 weeks post cruciate surgery. Got darker by the minute but at least it wore him out🐾🐾❤️😃
Birthday Girl, Peppa turned 1 year old today 🎂🎊🥳🐾💥❤️
Well here we are 12 weeks post cruciate surgery for Digger joining in the fun with Alley and Peppa. I'm up for a new toy as the ball got pulled off the tug. Not sure why 🤔🤣🤣🤣🐾🐾🐾❤
🤣🤣🤣 12 O'clock Alley, 3 O'clock Peppa and 9 O'clock Digger. All dogs know their spots in the lounge room(quiet area)💞🐾
Here are my 3 dogs. Alley 6 years old, Digger nearly 4 years old & Peppa nearly 1 year old. Love them all ❤❤❤
Not bad 8 1/2 weeks post cruciate surgery and Digger is pushing himself away from end of pool when he turns with the operated leg😘😃must be getting stronger 😍
8 Weeks post cruciate surgery things are looking up for Digger. Susan (Diggers physio) is pleased with our progress and that in a week he is starting to get some muscle tone in his leg. Slow but positive progress 🐾🐾🐕❤

Dr Candy Baker our Honorary Vet has sent this message to you all:
Canine Coronavirus is a gastrointestinal disease in dogs that commonly causes signs such as; diarrhoea, loss of appetite, vomiting and lethargy.
The disease is usually mild, young puppies are far more likely to become unwell than adult dogs.
Treatment usually involves symptomatic therapy and hydration support.
If an outbreak occurs in a kennel situation, affected animals should be quarantined and appropriate disinfectant cleaning regimens should be implemented.
Canine coronavirus is in no way related to the respiratory tract coronavirus/COVID-19 in humans. Dog are also not a transmissible host of the human coronavirus/COVID-19.

Alley and I did a walk to the lake the other day with heaps of social distancing available, no-one in sight😃💕 Alley is a bit of a poser too😍
Here is Chicken Leg Digger. Yay we are allowed to go for a short leisurely walk 🤣🤣🤣 my arm just about came out of it’s socket. He has got so much muscle waste it’s going to be a long haul to build it back up. All being done in bit by bit at least allowed to extend walk and swim up to 10 minutes now plus some exercises given to us by Digger’s new Physio ❤️❤️❤️ onwards and upwards 😃
I had a play with Peppa and the treadmill today, tried to centralise her with the leads. She was a little unsure so we walked for 10 minutes then we did a trot for a few minutes, video in the comments section. Really pleased as there was no panicking.❤️
Someone is trying to tell me he wants a swim 🤔 and how much he has missed his home alone 😡 meant to be walking to the toilet. Digger will be on lead next time🤣🤣 5 weeks post cruciate surgery 😍
