[10/31/18]   Not really a fan of posting wanky training videos of myself but after working my ass off the last 5 weeks @performanceground I was pretty pumped with pulling a couple of PBS on Monday. Can’t wait to see at the next month brings 💪🙌

[10/09/18]   This beast has been absolutely smashing her training for the last two months in preparation for her upcoming holiday.

She puts in 110%......every.....single....time and does everything I ask of her (with a few unsure expressions 🤨) during her sessions but always gets it done!
This is what I expect of all of my clients.

[07/11/18]   Hamstring and glute focus this morning and again with the old school classics.... cannot go wrong with some filthy lunges.

If you’re a ‘quad dog’ like me, try out the second exercise for something different when training glutes without loading up the quads. Make sure resistance is on throughout the whole set and drive up through the heel to get the glute cooking 🍑🔥

[07/01/18]   Over the past few weeks these girls have been getting very comfortable with being ‘uncomfortable’ in preparation for upcoming summer travels, events and just life in general.
After a lot of self doubt chats and some tears they all managed to get it done and I can’t wait to see what new limits we find this week 💪

[05/24/18]   Training isn't always about the fastest times or lifting heavy. @yesimeskiocak has suffered from Sciatica for years. Sciatica is a condition that can impede an individual significantly causing severe lower back pain, discomfort and numbness through the legs.

Every session with this girl amazes me! While some sessions she's able to manage body weight exercises only, others she manages to do some complex movements and is always wanting more and pushing harder than expected.
Defiantly goes to show how much your mental capacity takes part in your training!
