Staying motivated ๐Ÿ‘Ž

Definitely feeling unmotivated as of late due to all the mess of this year. Things looks so good early on in the year and I had grand plans and goals I wanted to achieve. So did we all and Iโ€™m sure weโ€™re all suffering together.

In a few months I was hoping to make a move to Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ back to my second homeland and try to establish my business over there and meet so many new opportunities.

Unfortunately we might all be stuck in this predicament for quite a while and we should all look to make the most of our time if this is how the next few months or rest of our year may end up. I certainly have not been making the most of my time recently but Iโ€™m hoping by making this timestamp with this post I can start to use my time more productively.

A few things I want to accomplish in the next few weeks:
Fully flesh out my website with @hughxnicho a web designer from @bearandwolfdigital
Get in a solid workout with @ljkennedyy and continue my daily walks with @tilly_claire

Stay fit and stay safe.

So training is obviously going to take a unexpected change. I was pushing strength quite aggressively a few weeks ago but that just isnโ€™t possible anymore.

So the new stimulus is going to be volume! Curls, push ups and pull ups. Lots of reps at a high frequency.

Also going to be increasing my aerobic capacity and stamina over the next few weeks with daily walks and runs.

The last five years Iโ€™ve been travelling the world and completing my degree of Exercise, Sports and Rehabilitation Science at Curtin University.

Iโ€™ve been interested in sports since a very young age mostly being soccer and racket sports. The last few years Iโ€™ve become interested in weightlifting and strength training as I learnt about all the positive physiologic and psychological affects it has on the body.

Since graduating Iโ€™ve wanted to jump straight into the industry and to a position (personal training/coaching) where I can see myself making the biggest impact on peoples lives.


Quite simple, help as many people as possible! Also, to educate as many people as possible. The best possible experience you can have as a trainer in my opinion is experiencing a clients milestone with them! Whether that be hitting a personal best or hitting that weight they havenโ€™t hit since highschool or maybe doing something they never thought they could do! I want to (quite selfishly) experience this as many times as possible, and in doing so show people what they are really capable of. Funnily enough most people surprise themselves.
