So the husband has said he will be my guinea pig for my new 8 week weight loss challenge. Told him I'd go light on him for the first session. Since he has been a little antsy today I decided stuff it. This is his workout today. Do I feel any guilt nah go hard or go home I say πŸ˜‚πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜ will keep you posted. [01/20/17]   After a big HIIT session last night I decided the body needed a rest today so I got up and went with my hubby and while he surfed I hit the pavement.Time to think whilst I walked along the lovely coast. It's not about always flogging yourself fitness is a lifestyle choice and your body will always tell you what it needs. Today my body said rest and I listened. Off to hot yoga tomorrow god help me but Thankyou Abbie Bradley for getting me there I need it . Happy training all remember take one day at a time and make one change at a time it will all fall into place as it should be.

[01/15/17]   Day 1 back in training post holiday and I'm definitely feeling it but I got the job done.
Today's session
50 skips
20 ball slams
20 step ups 10 kg weight
20 lunges 10 kg weight
20 sumo squats
20 straight leg dips
3 -4 rounds

[10/26/16]   Tonight's workout
30 minute interval run on the treadmill
1 minute sprint
1 minute jog
3x20 Squats 10 kg DB
3x20 lunges 10 kg DB
10 x50 straight punches boxing bag
10 x50 hooks
10 x50 upper cuts
Stretch out and relax

[10/25/16]   Today was a smasher
2 x training sessions today whilst writing some programs for a dear friend. Of course I had to do the session I wrote and a session another trainer wrote.
Give these a try if your game.
Treadmill 5 minute warm up
45 seconds running at 13
And 10 jump squats x 3 rounds
Skipping x 50 reps
Frog jumps with med ball 10 kg
X3 rounds
Squats x 10 with 10 kg kettle bell
Sit ups x10 with 10 kg medball
X3 rounds
Box jumps x10
Skull crushers on the fitball x10 with 8 kg DB
Finish with 3 x15 burpees
That should see you out quite literally.
Won't share my second session as I didn't write it but let's just say it was pretty tough.
